Agreement by Miles of Bray son of Roger, supported by oath, to repay to Leo the Jew of Warwick £31 16s which had been owed by his father and which is to be paid in instalments of two marks at mid-Lent and at Michaelmas each year beginning in March 1206; if any payment is made after the due date, weekly interest of 2 d per mark owed will be payable. Miles has pledged to Leo all his land including that at Maulden and Netteswell; he will give Leo one silver mark in gersum before 14 October 1205 or pay interest of 2 d. a week on that mark and will pay the instalments and any interest due to whatever messenger shall bring this charter to him from Leo.
