Report addressed to H[ilary], bishop of Chichester of a case delegated to R[alphl, prior of Worcester and S[imon], archdeacon of Worcester by [Roger], bishop of Worcester concerning the continued tenure by Walter of the priory's church of [West] Haddon. The case had first been heard before the bishop of London and there had a dispute about the receipt of a payment of three marks made by the prior to Walter for him to withdraw his suit on which bishop Roger had reported to the pope.
