A budai káptalan előtt Lokoch Miklós özvegye, Margit asszony - jelenleg Felhévizi János felesége - előadta, hogy 25 márkáért eladta Márton fia János óbudai hospesnek előző férje által végrendeletileg reá hagyott, Kerekudmal területén, Cheche fia Miklós és a Szűz Máriáról elnevezett kolostor apácáinak szőleje között fekvő szőlejét.
