A budai káptalan előtt Margit asszony, korábban Lokoch Miklós özvegye, jelenleg Felhévizi (de villarum calidarum aquarum) János felesége előadta, hogy 25 márkáért eladta Márton fia János óbudai hospesnek előző férje végrendelete szerint szabad rendelkezésébe adott Kerekudmal birtok területén lévő földjét, melyet Chece fia Miklós szőlejével, illetve a Szűz Mária tiszteletére szentelt férfikolostor földjével határos. Eredeti, felső szélén ABC chirographum. Hártya, vörös-zöld selyemzsinóron függő, vászonzsákba varrott pecsét. Méltóságsor.
