A váradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Niger Pál, Várad városi ”sutor” a ”Kakuch-Ucha”-ból, a maga és név szerint feljegyzett gyermekei nevében, a nevezett utcában levő telkét (fundum curiae) 4 budai márka örök áron eladta a váradi Szent Anna apácamonostornak.
