A váradi káptalan előtt Barbatus Pál, Kakuch-Utha-i varga a maga, valamint fiai és leányai nevében előadta, hogy 2 budai márkáért eladta a váradi Szent Anna kolostor apácáinak - akiket procuratoruk, Mátyás, Fenes-i püspöki várnagy és Feltoth falusi officiális képviselt az apácák kolostora mögött, Niger Pál, Rufus Lőrinc és Imre földjének szomszédságában fekvő házhelyét. Eredeti. + XVIII. századi egyszerű másolat.
