Mátyás király felkéri a budai káptalant, hogy Kewend-i Zekel Jakab Rakuspurg-i és Pettovia-i kapitányt, zalai ispánt, szlavóniai harmincadost, s vele együtt apját, Balázst, fivéreit: Miklóst, Jánost, Benedeket és Imrét iktassa be a Czeczwsz-i Lwsyczky Miklóstól vett és Jakabnak adományozott Kőrös megyei Dobrakwthya vár, Hewyz és Chetherthekhel mezővárosok s a felsorolt falvak és prédiumok birtokába. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
