Zápolyai Imre nádor meghagyja a somogyi konventnek, hogy küldje ki hiteles emberét, akinek jelenlétében egy somogyi esküdt mint királyi ember vizsgálja ki Bathyan-i Boldizsár Kwzegh-i kapitány panaszát, miszerint mintegy 6 éve Nagyboldogasszony körül a Somogy megyei Ethwes birtokon lakott Zenthe Mihály jobbágyot Gellye-i László ura, Marczaly László egyetértésével a szabad úton megverte úgy, hogy belehalt. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) SZAPOLYAI IMRE NÁDOR
