A somogyi konvent jelenti Zápolyai Imre nádornak, hogy Gordowa-i Fanchy Gáspár somogyi esküdt jún. 1-jén Ethwes birtokon vizsgálatot tartott, amelynek során Boda-i Kwn Mihály nemes azt vallotta, hogy Gellye-i Ferenc Marczaly László akaratával Zenthe Mihály szomszéd, Panchahaza-i Osvát Henyz-i tiszt nemesek, továbbá Ethwes-i Bertalan Athad-i, Ethwes-i, Zabas-i tiszt, Balogh Tamás Zabas-i provisor curie, valamint a felsorolt Athad-i Ethwes-i és Zabas-i jobbágyok megerősítették ezt a vallomást. – Papír – A hátoldalon zárópecsét – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) SOMOGYI KONVENT Graphics:
