K. Friedrich IV. verleiht in eigenem und im Namen seines Vetters König Ladislaus dem Hans von Neidegg von Ranna, seinem Rat und Pfleger der Stadt Steyr, zur Belohnung seiner treuen Dienste diese Pflege auf Lebenszeit.
King Friedrich IV, in his own name and in the name of his cousin King Ladislaus, grants to Hans von Neidegg of Ranna, his councillor and administrator of the city of Steyr, as a reward for his loyal services, this administration for life.
