Der Notar Nicolaus Gerlaci von Königsberg aus der Diöcese Samland beurkundet, dass der Cleriker der Freisinger Diöcese Johann Pachmulner, welchen Abt Wolfgang [II.] zu Göttweig als Patron auf Grund der preces primariae König [Friedrichs IV.] dem Bischofe Leonhard von Passau als Pfarrer für die vacante und seinem Stifte incorporierte Pfarre zum heil. Laurentius in Nêlib präsentierte, in seiner Gegenwart dem Abte auf dessen Wunsch gelobte, den Gehorsam zu leisten und den Jahreszins, welcher auf Grund der Incorporation laut der darüber ausgestellten Urkunden von der Pfarre zu zahlen ist, an den fixierten Terminen zu leisten.Datum: Acta sunt hec (1446), indictione nona, die vero Martis vigesima octava mensis iunii, hora terciarum vel quasi, regni etc. Friderici Romanorum regis semper augusti, ducis Austrie etc. anno septimo Wienne in curia monasterii Gottwicensis, ordinis sancti Benedicti Pataviensis diocesis.Zeugen: presentibus ibidem venerabilibus, egregiis ac honorabilibus viris, dominis magistro Petro Pachmulner decretorum et magistro Iohanne Czeller medicine doctoribus, magistro Iacobo de Iempnicz Olomucensis et Brunnensis ecclesiarum canonico, fratre Iohanne de Cellis Marie et Paulo de Sancto Vito liberalium arcium magistris.
