Friedrich (IV., Truchseß von Emmerberg) Erzbischof von Salzburg und Legat des hl. Stuhles, teilt Silvester, Bischof von Chiemsee, mit, daß König Friedrich (IV.) in Wiener Neustadt nahe seiner Burg ein Cistercienserkloster an Stelle eines unvollendet gebliebenen Klosters von Predigerbrüdern gründen will. Der König, der bereits die Zustimmung der Ordensoberen hat, erwartet nun von ihm die Einwilligung als Metropolit und Diözesanbischof. Weiters wünscht der König, daß mit Erlaubnis des Erzbischofs Bischof Silvester den zum Abt des neuen Klosters bestellten Professen des Klosters Rein, Hainricus Stremberger ¹, in sein Amt einführe. Der Erzbischof entspricht gerne dem Wunsche des Königs und beauftragt hiemit Bischof Silvester, genau zu prüfen, ob das neue Kloster ausreichend Unterhalt besitzt. Er soll es unter den Schutz des Erzbischofs nehmen, die für diesen Tag üblichen Ablässe gewähren und den neuen Abt benedizieren.
Friedrich (IV., Truchseß von Emmerberg), Archbishop of Salzburg and Legate of the Holy See, informs Silvester, Bishop of Chiemsee, that King Friedrich (IV.) wishes to found a Cistercian monastery near his castle in Wiener Neustadt, in place of an unfinished monastery of the Dominican Order. The King, who already has the consent of the superiors of the order, now expects his approval as metropolitan and diocesan bishop. Furthermore, the King wishes that, with the permission of the Archbishop, Bishop Silvester install Hainricus Stremberger, a professed monk of Rein Abbey, who has been appointed abbot of the new monastery, into his office. The Archbishop gladly complies with the King’s request and hereby instructs Bishop Silvester to carefully examine whether the new monastery has sufficient means of support. He is to place it under the protection of the Archbishop, grant the indulgences customary for this day, and bless the new abbot.
