Heinricus Rauch, cleric of the diocese of Constance and public notary, certifies for Stephanus Aloch de Stain, chaplain of the diocese of Aquileja and permanent table companion of King Friedrich (IV.), the confirmation charter issued by Patriarch Alexander on 23 February 1444 in Vienna – fully inserted as no. 7 – in which he was appointed parish priest of the church of St. Peter in Laibach. Stephanus Aloch presents the appointment charter to the vicar of the Patriarch, Bishop of Pedena (Pettinensis), and demands the handover of the parish.
