Stephanus Aloch, Pfarrer in Laibach, erklärt, daß
ihn der Patriarch von Aquileja auf Vorschlag König Friedrichs (IV.) auf
diese Pfarre investiert hat. Er stimmt zu, daß der Patriarch auf Begehren
des Königs von den Renten und Einkünften dieser Pfarre jahrlich 300 Ib d in
2 Jahresraten an das Cistercienserkloster gibt, das in Wiener Neu-Stadt an
Stelle des jetzigen Konvents der Predigerbrüder errichtet wird.
Zeugen: Stephanus Aloch, parish priest in Laibach, declares that the Patriarch of Aquileja, at the suggestion of King Friedrich (IV.), has invested him with this parish. He agrees that the Patriarch, at the request of the King, shall annually give 300 pounds denarii from the rents and revenues of this parish to the Cistercian monastery, which is to be established in Wiener Neustadt in place of the current convent of the Dominican friars, in two yearly installments. Witnesses: Leonhart Pökchl, parish priest in Graz, and Walram Chlonspacher, parish priest in Baden.
