Johannes, Abbot of Cîteaux, grants King Friedrich (IV.), who, as reported to him by the Abbot of Rein, intends to establish a Cistercian monastery in Wiener Neustadt, an exemption from the law of the Order requiring monasteries to be founded only outside of cities.
