Jane Walchw und Jane Ni^eemÿeczko, beide Bürger zum Budweis, beurkunden, dass ihnen König Friedrich [IV.] in der Klage gegen den Abt von Kotweig wegen der Schäden, welche sie und die Ihrigen mit vennkchnus, auch an gut gelt tuchern panczirn und aÿn pherdt etc. in dem markcht zum Chotos von des etc. hern Thomans abts zum Chotweis^a leuten erlitten haben, vor dem Storhemberg, Pfleger zu der Freinstat, und den erbern dem Bürgermeister, Richter und Rathe daselbst eine Tagsatzung bestimmt hat, an welcher sie selbst und auch Abt Thoman durch seine Anwälte Jorg den Prantner und Hanns Pawngartner ihre Sache vertreten haben. Jane Walchw and Jane Nieemÿeczko, both citizens of Budweis, certify that King Friedrich [IV.] in the lawsuit against the Abbot of Kotweig regarding the damages which they and their associates suffered, including loss of property, money, cloth, armor, and a horse, etc., in the market at Chotos at the hands of the people of Lord Thoman, Abbot of Chotweis, set a court date before Storhemberg, administrator at Freinstat, and the honorable mayor, judge, and council there, at which they themselves and also Abbot Thoman, represented by his attorneys Jorg den Prantner and Hanns Pawngartner, presented their case. The appointed judges then awarded them compensation. Seals: (I) the honorable mayor, judge, and council of Budweis with the city seal, (II) the noble Vlreich Podolcze. Date: Given (1441) the Wednesday before St. George’s Day.
