König Friedrich IV. genehmigt für sich und als gerhab kunig Lasslawen einen Vergleich des Bürgermeisters und Rathes der Stadt zu Wien mit seinem Hofkaplan Jacoben dem Nuremberger. Die Ersteren haben ainen tail der Neuen Schrann gelegt und gepauet auf ain prantstatt, die ettwenn des Saithaus ist gewesen an dem Hohenmarkht, das zu der von Fridreich, pucharczt, korherr dacz sant Stephann, auf Goczleichnams altar daselbs gestifteten Messe gehört, welche von dem Landesfürsten zu lehen rüret. Deshalb seien sie mit Jacoben dem Nuremberger, seinem hofcapplan in der Purgk daselbs und verweser der egenanten messe, dahin übereingekommen, dass sie ihm für den in die Schranne verbauten Theil des Saitkauses 40 lb dn. zur Widerlegung geben, welche er für die Messe anderwärts anzulegen habe.
King Friedrich IV., for himself and as guardian of King Lasslaw, approves a settlement between the mayor and council of the city of Vienna and his court chaplain Jacob the Nuremberger. The former have laid out and built part of the new market hall on a plot that was formerly the site of the Saitenhaus at the Hohenmarkt, which belongs to the mass endowed by Friedrich, physician, canon at St. Stephen’s, at the altar of Corpus Christi there, and which is held as a fief from the territorial lord. Therefore, they have come to an agreement with Jacob the Nuremberger, his court chaplain at the castle there and administrator of the aforementioned mass, that they will pay him 40 pounds denarii as compensation for the part of the Saitenhaus built into the market hall, which he is to invest elsewhere for the benefit of the mass.
