Dei gratia abbas de Rode uniuersis presens scriptum
inspecturis salutem in domino. Notum esse uolumus, quod conuentus sancti Mo- nialium
vallis sancte Marie diligenti tractatu prehabito prospiciens ecclesie sue expedire de
communi consensu uendidit ecclesie sancto- rum Apostolorum in Colonia annuatim censum
trium solidorum, quem habuit de domo sita prope capellam sancti Reinoldi in Colonia.
Nos autem predictam uenditionem ratam habemus et approbamus; ad ma- iorem itaque
firmitatem presentem cartam conscribi fecimus et sigillo nostro communiri.
