    Notum, quod Capitulum ecclesie s. Georgii cum aduocato suo 12G2 comparuerunt in figura iudicii conquerentes, quod sex solidi here- ditarii census, quos habebant in domo et area sita in volradesgassen sita ex opposito kalfhuisz eis non essent soluti termino ad hoc pre- fixo, et missi fuerunt prescripti, Capitulum cum aduocato suo, in proprietatem dicte domus et aree per sententiam scabinorum, ita quod ipsam domum et aream diuertere poterunt, quocumque voluerint.

    Notum sit, quod Laurencius de aquis et Clementia vxor eius emerunt sibi erga predictos Decanum et Capitulum ecclesie s. Georgii prescriptam domum et aream sitam in volradesgassen, ita quod iure et sine contradictione obtinebunt.
