Acte de Jehan Priere fils, garde du sceau du baillage de Vermandois ("Jehans Priere […] garde de par le roy du seel de la baillie de Vermendois establi en Saint Quantin") exécutant une décision du roi de France ("ledit nostre seigneur le roy") d’octroyer 26 livres, 5 sols et 10 deniers de rente pour fonder un hôpital et une chapelle à Saint-Quentin ("vint et six livres cinq sols et dix deniers parisis de rente perpetuelle pour fonder un hospital et une chapelle").
