Jakob Anton de Fontanetsch aus Fassa, der sich gegen den verst. Fb. Georg von Stubai vergangen hat, weil er den seinen Boten gelobten Eid nicht eingehalten hat, und deswegen von Sigmund Wirsung, HRi., arretiert, aber dann von Fb. Johann Röttel begnadigt worden ist, schwört dem HRi. Urfehde.
