Johann, Sohn des verst. Konrad von Harlant, und seine Schwester Adelheid werden vom Stiefvater Heinrich Pair und der Mutter Elisabeth wegen des Erbteils und der Lehenbaurechte des Gutes Harlant mit 8 Mk ausbezahlt. Die Schwester Katharina bleibt auf Lebenszeit bei den Eltern und wird von ihnen mit Kost und Gewandung versorgt. Sollten Heinrich und Elisabeth vor Katharina sterben, empfängt sie aus dem Lehen 20 lb.
