Fb. Sigmund Alfons von Thun befreit in Anbetracht der Verdienste des B. von Bellin, Wb. und HR-Präs. Jesse Perkhofer dessen Hof Vorderrigg aus der Jurisdiktion des Gt. Salern, unterstellt ihn dem adligen HLGt. zu Brixen und verleiht ihm den adligen Titel "Riggburg".
