Johann Baptist de Sperantiis, DBft. und Brudermeister der Brschft. St. Anna im Klarissenkloster (KKK 445), kauft für diese Brschft. von Alexander Zeffer, Apotheker, Bü. zu Brixen, und dessen Gem. Katharina Paumgartner (Anw.: Christian Pliembl, Bü. zu Brixen) um 200 fl Zins aus deren Behausung im Stadtmarkrecht Brixen. Er gesteht den Eheleuten das Rückkaufsrecht zu.
