Johann Kolhuber zu Albeins (StGt. Brixen), der mit Christoph Winkelhofer, fb. HAmtm., im Streit um 6 lb Berner und zwei Star Äpfel für den Zehnt aus einem Baumgarten zu Albeins lag, gelobt, diesen Zehnt künftig zu reichen, sofern der Garten einen entsprechenden Ertrag abwirft.
