Peter Zerfaller zu Tiers, Baumeister der Kirche St. Georg, tauscht mit Michael zu Völs Gülte aus einem Stück Egart im Gt. Tiers oberhalb Spenns (mit 6 fl Aufpreis) gegen Gülte aus dem Gut "zu Patelung" zu Ums im G Völs, das jetzt Martschoner im oberen Ried in der Malgrei St. Peter bebaut.
