Hethy-i Benedek, decretorum doctor, egri kanonok és vicarius meghagyja a Nyíreghaz-i és Kallo-i plébánosoknak, hogy keressék fel személyesen Kallo-i Withez Jánost és idézzék meg őt András egri olvasókanonok, volt Tharchaffew-i főesperes ellen a köztük folyó perben hozandó végleges ítélet meghallgatására hamvazószerda nyolcadára - febr. 18. - az ő színe elé és az idézés megtörténtéről küldjenek neki jelentést. - Zöldszínű záró pecsét nyomaival.
