A somogyi konvent bizonyítja, hogy Marczal-i Miklós vajda fia: János név szerint felsorolt társai nevében is a Somogy megyei Patha oppidumot, a benne levő vámmal és locus fortalicii-val, valamint Poklossy, Hoszuthothi, Basal, Kereszthuth, Milván, Mendenesz, Dargócz és Morvanfalva possessiókat 1050 arany forintért zálogba adta Tapsony-i Antal fiának: Jánosnak. SOMOGYI KONVENT
