A somogyi konvent előtt Marczaly-i Vajdafi /filius Woyuode/ János az atyai testvérei: Marczaly-i Bánfi /filii Bani/ György és István, ezen György fia László és ezen István fia János terhét is magára vállalva a somogymegyei Patha mezővárost az ottani vámmal és erődítményhellyel, Poklosy, Hozywthothy, Bassal, Kereztwth, Mylwan, Mendenes, Dargocz és Morwanfalwa nevü falvakkal és a Kerezthwth-i vámmal együtt zálogba adja Thapson-i Antal fia Jánosnak és fiainak: mindkét Jánosnak, Miklósnak és Lászlónak 1500 aranyforintért.
