A szepesi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte néhai Brezewicz-i Péter tárnokmesternek a fia: János és bejelentette, hogy a szepesmegyei Jampnik birtokát bizonyos összegért eladta Lleutcha város bírájának és polgárainak és a Zsigmond királytól nyert adományozó, továbbá a birtok statuálásáról szóló oklevelet is átadta a város előljáróságának.
