Nógrádmegye hatósága (Johannes de Laposrew alispán és a szolgabírák) bizonyítja, hogy Verebel-i Boldizsár nevében Azywpathak-i György a megyei hatóság ü.v. levelével ápr. 9-én egy teljes napon át várt a megyei törvényszék előtt Kaza-i Gywla fia: György ellenében, aki halasztó oklevelük alapján nem jött, nem is küldött megbízottat, amiért bírságban marasztalják el, ha nem tudja magát kellőleg igazolni. - Négy zárópecsét nyomaival.
