Palocz-i László comes országbíró bizonyítja, hogy Traya-i Rad fia: Balás előtte íly bevallást tett: Welezd-i Kewer Jakab fiát: Miklóst, továbbá Welezd-i Kewer Gergelyt és Jánost nyugtatja a Welezd-i Kewer Gergelynek birtokaiból feleségének: Orsolyának járó jegy- és nászajándéka felől, továbbá Tyaya-i Rad fia: István özvegyének: Erzsébetnek, Balás édesanyjának járó leánynegyed felől.
