A fehérvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelentek előtte az id. Rozgon-i István temesi comesnek a fia: Rozgon-i János, másrészt a fehérvári egyház választott prépostja: Gyewrgy-i Bodo ”dictus” Miklós és testvére András, amikor Rozgon-i János bejelentette, hogy a tolnamegyei Zyl birtokot és az Wzd birtokban lévő birtokrészét azok minden tartozékával 400 magyar aranyforintért elzálogosította a nevezett Miklós prépostnak és Andrásnak, továbbá bátyjuknak, Gyewrgy-i Bodo ”dictus” Gergelynek, az akkori erdélyi alvajdának - egy évi időtartamra. A védelemről biztosították a zálogbavevőket. FEHÉRVÁRI KÁPTALAN
