A nyitrai káptalan jelenti Ulászló királynak, hogy megkapta 1442 márc.6-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt, statuálást elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Dwb-i Osvaldus királyi emberrel kiküldte Latrach-i László mester kanonoktársát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember márc 22-én kiszállt Piesthyen birtokhoz és Zerdahel birtok feléhez és a szomszédok meghívása mellett bevezette Andrást zálog címén azoknak a tulajdonába minden ellentmondás nélkül. A megjelent szomszédok: nobilibus Martino et Emerico de Ernistho, Ladislao filio Nicolai de Patwarocz, Michaele et Osvaldo de Brunocz ac Ladislao de Dwb. Hátán pecsét töredékesen. NYITRAI KÁPTALAN
