A budai káptalan Chetnek-i László (püspök) kérésére átírja az egri káptalan 1326-ból származó, a Bebek Domonkos és fivérei, valamint Benedek mester fia László mester között a Scepsi birtok területén fekvő erdő tulajdonjoga ügyében létrejött megállapodásról szóló oklevelét. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét. - Foltos.
