A váradi káptalan jelenti Hedrewara-i Lőrinc nádornak, hogy megkapta 1446 szept.21-én kelt, teljes egészében közölt, vizsgálatot elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Egreg-i Gergely nádori emberrel Domonkos papot küldte ki, egyházuk Szent Gellért püspök oltárának az igazgatóját, akivel a nádori ember nov.20-án Szatmár megyében vizsgálatot tartott és mindent a bejelentésnek megfelelően talált. - Záró pecsét nyomaival.
