Palocz-i László comes országbíró az egri káptalanhoz. Jelentette előtte Korothnyk-i Zohay György, hogy be akarja magát vezettetni a hevesmegyei Kwthelek nevű birtokba, mely őt bevallás alapján illeti. Azért megkéri a káptalant,küldje ki testimoniumát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember szálljon ki Kwthelek birtokhoz és a szomszédok meghívása mellett vezesse be Zohay Györgyöt annak a tulajdonába az őt megillető jogon. - Kijelölt királyi emberek: Jacobus de Bodi, vel Dominicus aut Nicolaus de Baab, aew Matheus aut Ladislaus Sary.
