A fehérvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte az id. Rozgon-i Istvánnak a fia: Rozgon-i János és előtte ily bevallást tett: A tolnamegyei Zyl birtokot, amelyet előbb Bodo ”dictus” Miklós fehérvári prépostnak és testvéreinek: Bodo ”dictus” Gergelynek és Andrásnak zálogosított el 400 magyar arany forintért, ismét és ujonnan Bodo ”dictus” Gergelynek és Andrásnak zálogosítja el 100 magyar arany forintért, a következő vízkereszt ünnepének harmadik napjáig.
