Hedrewara-i Lőrinc nádor bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult Ders-i István és Rozgon-i Simon fia: György, továbbá az ifj. Rozgon-i István fia:Rozgon-i Sebestyén nevében tiltotta az id. Rozgon-i István fiát: Jánost Geztes várának Wylak-i Miklós részére való elidegenítésétől, Miklós vajdát pedig annak az elfoglalásától, birtokbavételétől és használatától. - Hátán pecsét töredékei.
