Bathor-i István comes országbíró annak az ügynek a tárgyalását, amelyet Hwzywazo-i Bothos ”dictus” Péternek a fiai: István és Péter indítottak Kersky-i Benedek ellen a biharmegyei Feleghaz birtokban lévő leánynegyed statutiojánál történt ellenmondás miatt, amelyet az országbíró halasztó oklevele alapján vízkereszt nyolcadán - jan. 13. - kellett volna folytatni, amikor a felperest Tamás literatus képviselte a váradi káptalan ü. v. levelével, az alperest pedig Hamochahaza-i György ugyanazon káptalan ü. v. levelével, Kereky-i Benedek kérésére 3 márka letevése mellett Szent György nyolcadára - máj. 1. - halasztotta.
