Az egri káptalan jelenti Hederwari Lőrinc nádornak, hogy megkapta 1438. nov. 8-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt, statuálást elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Sew-i Korlath Miklós fiával: Miklóssal mint nádori emberrel Domonkos papot, az Eger várában lévő Szent Péterről elnevezett társas káptalan kanonokját küldte ki, akinek a jelenlétében a nádori ember nov. 25-én kiszállt Kywrth birtok feléhez és a szomszédok meghívása mellett bevezette annak a tulajdonába Poharnak Istvánt és fiát: Kristófot minden ellenmondás nélkül. - Megjelent szomszédok: Ladislao Kompolth Philisteo de prescripto descensu Zenthkosmademyen et Francisco Mocza de Kysser. - Függő pecsét, sigillum majus.
