Bathor-i István comes országbíró annak az ügynek a tárgyalását, amely folyt Alsolyndwa-i Bán fiai: István és Pál mint actorok és Zeech-i Miklós fiai: Miklós, János és Dénes mint alperesek és ezeknek a jobbágyai ellen a Paloch-i Mathyws nádor oklevelében foglaltak miatt, propter motum presentem exercitus regni, Szent Mihály nyolcadáról /okt. 6./ Vízkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ halasztotta.
