VI. p. Michaelis. A jászói konvent előtt Komyathy-i Fertes-nek mondott Lukács fia Fertes-nek mondott Egyed és Fertes-nek mondott András a maguk és név szerint felsorolt leszármazottaik és rokonaik nevében tiltották Domonkos fia Benedek és fivéreinek, Domonkosnak, Jánosnak és Ermelanus-nak, hogy Komyathy-i birtokaikat hatalmaskodva elfoglalják.
