A zobori konvent előtt egyfelől Thaman-i Mihály fia János és Kurthueles-i János fia András a maga és Kapchych-i István fia Miklós nevében, valamint másfelől Myhalch fia Miklós, Illés fia Ábrahám és Basard-i Lesták fia Péter fogott bírák döntésének megfelelően az oklevélben részletezett módon megegyeztek a közöttük Kaplach-i Péter fia Jakab meggyilkolása miatt keletkezett perben.
