A pannonhalmi konvent előtt Meger-i Waryo Bendek (proc.: Meger-i János serviens), valamint Máté fia János és Miklós, Dénes fia László, András fia István, Egyed fia János és Gergely fia István, Kyra-i nemesek megegyeztek, hogy a közöttük Posateluke birtok tulajdonjoga ügyében folyó pert 4 általuk közösen kiválasztott arbiter döntésére bízzák.
