A vasvári káptalan jelenti Gergely fia Miklós alispánnak, István zalai comesnek és a szolgabíráknak, hogy rendelkezésük értelmében eljárva Fanchka-i Kachinia fia István fiait: Kelement és Miklóst, valamint Chafrud-i Dumbou (dictus) Lőrinc fia Leukust Fanchka-i Dávid fia Mihály ellenében a megyei jelenlét elé idézték.
