Drugeth Miklós országbíró, turóci ispán a pert, amelyet Korogh-i Simon fia, Miklós, akinek nevében Tiburcius fia, Benedek jelent meg, Nogmortun-i Lőrinc fia, Miklós ellen, akinek nevében Miklós pap jelent meg, az országbíró oklevele szerint vízkereszt nyolcadán (in quindenis residencie exercitus regii versus Rasciam moti et ad quindenas Epiph. Dom. proclamate) kellett viseljenek Nogkorongh és Wrbashanreui Vas megyei possessiók beiktatásánál történt ellentmondás tárgyában, a felek prókátorainak akaratából Szent György nyolcadára halasztja.
