feria secunda ante Fab. et Sebast. Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy a király parancsára tanúvallatást tartott és a kihallgatott tanúk vallomásaiból megállapította, jogosultak Erne fiának: Eugeniusnak és anyjának panaszai, melyek szerint NagyMihal-i Jakow fia: János a panaszosokat Geren, Thorna és egyéb Ung megyei birtokaikból kidobta, és e birtokokon a jelentésben foglalt hatalmaskodásokat követte el.
