Invenc. crucis Buda. I. Lajos király tudtul adja, hogy Monak-i László fia Mihály mester előadva és felidézve előtte a királynak tett szolgálatait Máté fia István fiai: János és Máté örökös nélkül elhunytak Abauj megyei Guluph és Szabolcs megyei Chabay possessioit kérte adományul magának és Simon, László, János nevű fivéreinek. A király teljesítve kérését új adomány címén a birtokot Mihálynak és fivéreinek adományozta. Átírva I.
