A váci káptalan előtt Chythnek-i Péter mester a maga és fivére, János, László fiai: Miklós és László, Kun dictus Miklós fiai: Domonkos és Akus nevében tiltakozik, hogy Chithnek-i Kun dictus Miklós, Bubek dicti György és István, Persolchz-i Bubek dictus Domonkos fiai összes birtokaikban, nevezetesen Karaznahurka castrumban és tartozékaiban tudtuk és akaratuk nélkül osztoznak, eltiltja őket az osztálytól.
